Tim Scanlon

Tim Scanlon was raised in Fair Haven and moved to Hamden 62 years ago, where he presently resides with his wife and real estate partner, Linda Scanlon. With a bachelor’s degree in financial accounting from the University of New Haven, Tim has a keen sense of real estate market conditions. A captain in the New Haven Fire Department, patience and willingness to help his clients come naturally to him. As a former Secretary/Treasurer of IAFF Local 825, his negotiating skills are second to none. With a common-sense approach to real estate and as part of the “Scanlon Clan” team, along with his wife Linda and daughter Kelsey Scanlon Oddo, Tim will help you to satisfy your real estate needs.
